What you need

• Money (Cryptocurrencies will not be accepted) 

• A reference sheet or picture of the character(s) you want me to draw. Unshaded drawings with multiple angles are highly encouraged but not required.

• Idea/rough doodle (A specific idea not needed but appreciated)

Payments

• Payment is due before I start your piece, you will not receive a sketch or first update until the payment is made.

• I currently only accept payments done through Paypal and Hipolink in USD.

Refunds

• Partial refunds are only available if the piece hasn’t been finished. If you want a refund let me know as soon as possible, if the piece is finished before a refund request then a partial refund is no longer possible. Refund breakdown:

  • Sketch stage - 50% back

  • Lines & Coloring stage - 25% back for shaded pieces and 0% back for unshaded pieces

  • Middle of shading and background - 10% back

  • Completed drawing - 0% back

• Charging back your commission after it's been completed will not be accepted and will result in you getting blacklisted and publicly called out for doing so.

Communication and Updates

• You are allowed to ask for updates on the que, I also will have a public que on trello.

• I will give updates after every stage. These stages usually include sketch, lines, color, shading, background, completion.

• You are allowed to ask for edits, I encourage you to let me know if you want something changed as early in the process as possible. If the changes are more complex I may have you show an example of something similar that you want.

• Please respect my boundaries, if you don’t then I will reject your commission and do a partial refund if it has been started.

• After the commission is completed I can send you the full resolution version of the drawing via email, google photos, or telegram.

• Small edits may be available to the drawing after it's done as long as I still have access to the source file. Larger edits may have a fee depending on the complexity of the change.

Terms of use

• If you decide to post the art I made for you please leave credit. You can do this by tagging my account or providing a link to one.

• If you plan on using my art for commercial use please let me know before the commission starts and what you plan to use it for. 

• You are not allowed to use my art to promote hateful messages, be minted as a cryptocurrency/NFT, and/or train AI. Please refrain from putting my art into AI editing tools/enhancers as these use what's inserted as training data.

• I will likely post your commission on my profiles and include them in samples on my commission sheets. If you wish to have it to not be posted at all, delayed, or remain anonymous please let me know.
